Google“Unlike the big commercial chains, this place has real weightlifting equipment for serious lifting. The facility is clean, staff are friendly and almost always available. They have an Olympic platform and allow advanced lifts — this is what a gym should be.”

Google“Found this hidden gem while in town for two weeks on business. The owner was incredibly accommodating, great equipment, clean saunas. If you are looking for a gym with personable staff at all experience levels, this is the perfect place. Rarely crowded. My go-to whenever I am back in Cincinnati.”
